Parking at Crown Perth is generous by Australian city standards, but it is a big site and the car parks are spread around it. Here is how I would think about it as a hotel guest, using the information Crown publishes on its parking page and in the Crown Towers FAQ.
- Valet
- At the Crown Towers entrance; "valet parking for our three hotels costs $80" (Crown Towers FAQ, read 1 November 2026)
- Free public car parks
- P3, P8 and P6
- Paid car parks
- P2 Multi-Level, P4 Riverside, P1 Undercroft
- Lost ticket
- $50 fee
- Grace period
- 15 minutes in the paid car parks
- EV charging
- Free while parked at P2 Multi-Level, P1 Undercroft and the Crown Towers valet car park

Valet: the hotel guest's default
If you arrive by car with luggage, valet at the Crown Towers entrance is the simplest option — speak to the bell service captain when you pull up. It also keeps you clear of the casino areas: Crown's casino rules do not allow large bags or suitcases on the gaming floor, and the luggage route from the multi-level car park through the casino is not open to anyone under 18. The Deluxe Villa includes valet for one vehicle, and Crown's FAQ says valet is also included in its "Crystal Made" packages.
Free car parks: good for light travellers
P3, P6 and P8 are free. You can also drop off and pick up there without entering a paid car park. The trade-off is distance and, on stadium days, availability: Crown's event-day parking map says P8 is not available on Optus Stadium event days.
Paid car parks and how to reach them
From Great Eastern Highway, turn onto Bolton Avenue. At the roundabout: left onto Glenn Place for P2 Multi-Level, P3, P4 and P8; right onto Glenn Place for P6; straight on along Bolton Avenue for the P1 Undercroft. The undercroft is useful for the hotel side of the complex: Crown's accessibility document lists lift access from the undercroft car park at Crown Metropol, and from Botanicals and Crown College, as routes to Crown Towers.
Diners spending $50 or more at participating restaurants — Crown lists 88 Noodle Bar, Atrium Buffet, Epicurean, Junction Grill, Modo Mio, Nobu, Rockpool Bar & Grill, Silks and TWR — can redeem free parking at P2 Multi-Level and P4 Riverside. Crown Theatre tickets do not earn free parking at those two.
Motorcycles and accessible bays
Motorcycle bays in every car park are free; a motorcycle in a car bay in a paid car park pays the car rate. Crown's accessible-facilities document lists accessible bays in P1, P2 Multi-Level, P3, P4, P6 and P8.
