Club lounges divide opinion. Some guests use them for every meal and every quiet hour; others go once and forget. The Crystal Club at Crown Towers is a good one to think through carefully, because Crown publishes enough detail — hours, inclusions, prices, house rules — to make a decision before you arrive.

Those hours come from the Crystal Club's own page. The general FAQ on the Crown Towers page still carries an older set — 6:30am to 9pm on weekdays, breakfast until 11am, and grab-and-go snacks between 2pm and 4pm. When two official pages disagree, I go with the dedicated, more recently priced one, but the difference is worth knowing if you are an early riser.
What you actually get
Crown describes personalised service, concierge services, complimentary breakfast and evening canapés, and "sparkling champagne". The FAQ adds complimentary wireless internet, tea, coffee and soft drinks throughout your stay. Guests with club access in their booking also get an exclusive check-in at the club rather than at the main front desk. For small meetings, there is a private dining room that can be booked separately — Crown says fees may apply.
The arithmetic
At $145 per adult, two people pay $290 for full access. Whether that is good value depends on how much of the day you will spend there. If you would otherwise buy breakfast at the Epicurean buffet and a drink before dinner at a bar, the club can come out roughly even and calmer. If you will be at the pool all morning and out at a show all evening, it is money you will not see again.
The other route is to book a room that includes it. The Premier Club View Suite and the Deluxe Villa both list access for two guests. The Executive Suite is labelled "Executive Club Suite" in Crown's menu but does not list club access on its own page, so confirm before relying on it.
House rules worth knowing
The Crystal Club has a dress code: no bare feet or thongs, no swimwear or boardshorts, no robes or slippers, nothing with offensive slogans, nothing too revealing. Devices should be kept at a respectful volume, group discussions belong in the private dining room, and children must be supervised and stay within their guardian's line of sight. In other words: come up from the pool via your room, not in your towel.
For
- Breakfast, snacks and canapés in a quieter space than the buffet.
- Terrace over the city skyline.
- Separate check-in for club guests.
- Private dining room for small meetings.
Against
- $145 per adult is a lot if you will barely use it.
- Two official pages give different hours.
- Strict dress code — no poolside gear.
- Not included in the Executive Suite as far as its page says.
Current prices and hours are on the Crystal Club page; they are "subject to change without notice".Official site: crownperth.com.au ↗
