What this site is
Burswood Tower Review is an independent information and review site about Crown Towers Perth. It is not the hotel's website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Crown Resorts, Crown Perth or Burswood Nominees Limited. Hotel names are used only to identify the property being reviewed.
Information, not a promise
We check facts carefully and date them, but hotels change rooms, prices, hours and policies without notice. Before you book or travel, confirm anything important with the hotel on its official site. Opinions on this site are the editor's own.
Room requests
Sending a room request does not create a booking. We check availability and rates and reply by email. Any booking you then make is a contract between you and the hotel or the booking partner, on their terms, including their cancellation rules. We do not take payment. When a request becomes a confirmed stay, we may receive a commission from the hotel or partner, as explained on how the business side works.
Gambling
Nothing on this site is an offer or invitation to gamble. The site provides no way to gamble. The Crown Perth casino is for adults aged 18 and over. If gambling is harming you, call 1800 858 858.
Links
Links to the hotel, Google Maps, public bodies and other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content of other sites.
Using our content
The text and illustrations on this site are ours. You may quote short passages with a link back; please do not copy whole pages.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on information on this site.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. Questions go to hello@burswoodtowerreview.com.
