What is Crown Towers Perth?
It is the luxury hotel of the Crown Perth complex in Burswood, alongside Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade. It opened in December 2016; Crown's launch release described 500 guest rooms, suites and villas.
Is this the official Crown Towers website?
No. Burswood Tower Review is an independent review site. The official site is crownperth.com.au, and rates, availability and bookings are set by the hotel.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is at 11am, unless your package includes a later time. If your room is not ready, the front desk stores luggage and calls or texts you.
Can I get a late check-out?
Crown says late check-out is not available on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, during school holidays, special events or high occupancy. At other times it may be available for a fee through the reservations line, 1800 808 878.
How big are the rooms?
The four entry categories (Deluxe and Premier, king or twin) are listed at 47 m². The Studio is 55 m², the Executive Suite 82 m², the Premier Club View Suite 105 m² and the Deluxe Villa 102 m².
Which rooms have a river view?
Crown promises Swan River and city skyline views for the Premier King, Premier Twin, Studio and Premier Club View Suite, and city and sunset views from the Villas on the top floors. The Deluxe rooms make no view claim.
Which rooms sleep four?
The Deluxe Twin, Premier Twin and Deluxe Accessible Twin each take up to four guests in two queen beds.
How much is valet parking?
Crown's Crown Towers FAQ listed valet for its three hotels at $80 when I read it on 1 November 2026. There are also three free public car parks, P3, P6 and P8.
Is there a free shuttle from the train?
Yes. Crown runs a complimentary shuttle bus between Burswood train station and the complex, picking up outside the food court; Sunday to Thursday and public holidays 9am–7:55pm, Friday and Saturday 9am–8:55pm, with exceptions on Christmas Day, Good Friday and ANZAC Day.
How far is Optus Stadium?
Crown describes it as a 15 to 20 minute walk from Crown Perth. On major event days Crown warns of road restrictions, and the free P8 car park is unavailable.
Is the pool free to use?
Guests can use the pools. Poolside daybeds, in-pool lounges, orbits and Enclave cabanas are hired by the half or full day, only to registered Crown Towers guests and Crown Spa Club members, and leisure items are for adults 18 and over.
What does the Crystal Club cost?
Crown lists $145 per adult (13+) and $75 per child aged 4 to 12, free for 3 and under, with pricing effective 25 September 2026. Access for two is included with the Premier Club View Suite and the Deluxe Villa.
Can children use the spa?
No. Crown Spa does not admit children under 16, including in the Aqua Retreats.
Is there a gym?
Yes. Crown lists a fitness centre; its Poolside Bar & Grill page gives gym hours of 5am to 9pm daily. Crown's 2016 launch release described it as complimentary to hotel guests.
Is room service available at night?
Yes, 24-hour in-room dining is listed for every room, at additional charge.
Can children go into the casino?
No. The Crown Perth casino is for adults aged 18 and over. Children can stay at the hotel; use the Crown Towers entrance rather than routes through the gaming areas.
Are accessible rooms available?
Yes — the Deluxe Accessible King and Deluxe Accessible Twin. Crown's accessible-facilities document lists 11 accessible rooms in the tower, plus a pool hoist at the Towers poolside.
Are pets allowed?
Crown does not publish a pet policy that I could find. Ask the hotel before booking; if you need a service animal, say so in your request.
How do I get help with gambling?
