One misunderstanding to clear up first: most of Crown Perth's restaurants are not inside Crown Towers. The tower itself houses Epicurean and TWR; Nobu is in Crown Metropol, and Rockpool Bar & Grill is elsewhere in the complex. That is not a complaint — it is all under one roof system and walkable — but it is useful when you are deciding where to have breakfast in a robe.
Epicurean — inside Crown Towers
Crown describes Epicurean as a "refined, immersive dining experience" inside the tower, overlooking the lagoon pools, with chefs working across open kitchens and "interactive stations" of global cuisines. In plain terms: a high-end buffet. The 2016 launch release said diners could also sit on an outdoor terrace next to the resort pool.

TWR — inside Crown Towers
TWR started life as "The Waiting Room" in the 2016 launch material. Crown now describes a room with a rose-gold ceiling, chandeliers and green, purple and peacock tones, an outdoor terrace, and a vista over the Swan River. It lists "Best Hotel Bar" at the 2019 AHA WA awards and "Best Bar" at the 2018 Gourmet Traveller awards.
- Bar
- 6:30am – 10pm Monday to Thursday and Sunday; 6:30am – 1am Friday and Saturday; coffee from 6:30am
- Kitchen
- 11:30am – 8pm Monday to Wednesday; to 10pm Thursday and Sunday; to 11pm Friday and Saturday
- High tea
- Spring High Tea daily, 11:30am – 3pm, 1 September – 30 November
TWR's listing includes a mocktail menu as well as cocktails, which is worth knowing if you are driving or simply not drinking.
Nobu — Crown Metropol
Chef Nobu Matsuhisa's Japanese–South American style, with sushi counters as the show. Lunch runs 12pm to 2:30pm daily; dinner 5:30pm to 10pm Monday to Thursday and Sunday, to 11pm Friday and Saturday. Crown says bookings are essential. It listed a Melbourne Cup lunch on Tuesday 3 November, 11am to 2:30pm, and Christmas dining from 13 November to 4 January.
Rockpool Bar & Grill — Crown Perth
A steakhouse with an open kitchen and a wood-fired grill. Crown names beef from David Blackmore (Wagyu and rare breeds), Cape Grim grass-fed beef and Blackwood Valley beef, and two private dining rooms. Lunch 12pm to 2:30pm daily; dinner 5:30pm to 9pm Monday to Thursday and Sunday, to 10pm Friday and Saturday. The bar serves a burger and lighter dishes at lunch from Wednesday to Sunday. There is a two-course pre-show menu for Crown Theatre nights. Bookings on +61 8 6255 5587.
The rest of the complex
Crown's dining menu also lists Silks, Modo Mio and the Atrium Buffet among its fine-dining venues, casual places such as Cotta, Junction Grill and The Merrywell, and an Urban Food District of quicker counters including Burgers by ES, Chatime, Saigon Story, Side Piece Pizza, Taco Daddy and Tekka Bar. Wikipedia dates the Urban Food District's opening to February 2026. The Lobby Lounge in Crown Metropol stays open while building works run on weekdays between 10am and 4pm; Crown says the space will become "Canopy Bar", due for completion in 2027.
Surcharges and allergies
Several Crown venues list a weekend surcharge of 10% on Saturdays and 15% on Sundays, and 20% on public holidays. Crown also says it cannot guarantee allergy-free meals because of trace allergens in kitchens and supply chains; put any allergy in the booking note.
