On Crown's figures, this is the largest room in the tower: 105 m², three square metres more than the Deluxe Villa. It has a separate master bedroom with a walk-in robe, a generous living and dining room with sofas and a marble dining table, a powder room for visitors, an executive desk with a leather chair in the bedroom, and turndown service. Crown promises "uninterrupted views across the Swan River and the Perth City skyline".
The decisive line, for me, is the Crystal Club access for two guests: personalised check-in, breakfast, and evening pre-dinner drinks and canapés on level 15. If you would have bought club access separately anyway, the arithmetic changes — Crown lists stand-alone access at $145 per adult (pricing effective 25 September 2026).
Who it suits
A couple on a celebratory weekend who want to host friends for a drink before dinner. A business traveller who needs to meet people somewhere better than a lobby. Anyone staying four or five nights who will use the club breakfast every day.
For
- Largest listed floor area in the tower.
- Club lounge included for two.
- Dining table and powder room for hosting.
- Turndown service and connecting room on request.
Against
- Two guests in one king bed — not a family suite.
- Roll-away is charged and not guaranteed.
- No butler; that starts at the Villa.
Compare it with the Deluxe Villa: the Villa is slightly smaller on paper but adds a butler, private express lifts and the top floors.
