A review site that invents guest quotes or averages scores it never saw is worse than useless. So this page is short on numbers and long on caveats. Booking platforms block automated access, and I would rather say "I could not read it" than guess.
Google Maps
The Google Maps listing for Crown Towers Perth showed an average of 4.4 out of 5 from 8,601 reviews in the map card embedded on our getting-there page when I captured it on 1 November 2026. A screenshot of the full listing taken the day before, on 31 October 2026, showed the same 4.4 and labelled the property a "5-star hotel". I have not read or summarised the individual reviews behind the average. Google's figures move constantly; open the listing to see today's.

Awards listed by the hotel
Crown publishes an industry awards page for the tower. These are self-reported by the hotel, so treat them as Crown's account rather than as independent verification. The most recent entries on the page are from 2021.

How I read these
Two things stand out. The Forbes Travel Guide five-star listings for 2020 and 2021 are the most meaningful, because that guide inspects anonymously. And the hotel has not added anything since 2021 to the page, which tells you either that it stopped entering or stopped updating — I cannot say which. Neither changes my own verdict, which rests on what the hotel offers today.
What I did not do
- I did not count, average or quote reviews from booking sites I could not open.
- I did not paraphrase individual guest reviews as if they were representative.
- I did not award stars or scores of my own. The verdict is in words.
