This is the list I keep while researching. It is not a complaint about Crown — every hotel website has gaps — but it is useful for a guest, because each gap is a question worth asking before you book.
Missing information
- Floors. The only floor numbers I found are the Crystal Club on level 15 and the Villas on the "peaceful top floors". Nothing says which floors the Deluxe, Premier or Studio rooms are on.
- Which way the twins face. The Premier Twin promises the river and the skyline; nothing says whether any rooms look towards the stadium.
- Indoor pool hours. Crown's Poolside Bar & Grill page lists hours for the outdoor pool, gym, bar and kitchen, and a heading for the indoor pool with no hours under it.
- Pets. I could not find a pet policy on Crown's pages. If you need a service animal, put it in writing.
- Room rates. Not published openly — they come from the booking engine. That is normal, and it is why I print none.
- Accessible-facilities date. Crown's accessibility PDF, which gives the count of 11 accessible rooms, carries no date.
Places where Crown's pages disagree
| Topic | One page says | Another page says | What I print |
|---|---|---|---|
| Crystal Club hours | 7am – 8pm daily; breakfast to 10:30am weekdays, 11am weekends (club page) | 6:30am – 9pm weekdays; breakfast to 11am weekdays, 12pm weekends (Towers FAQ) | The club page, and the difference |
| Casino closure, Good Friday | 3am – 12pm (opening hours box) | 3am – 3pm (casino FAQ) | Both |
| Crown Ballroom capacity | Gala for 1,500 (corporate page) | 2,400 standing, 1,410 seated; 1,400 guests (weddings page) | The weddings table, with a warning |
| Crown Theatre seats | Up to 2,260 (theatre page) | 2,300 (Burswood Park Board) | 2,260 |
| Executive suite name | "Executive Club Suite" (menu) | "Executive Suite", no club access listed (room page) | Executive Suite, ask about club access |
| Biggest room | Premier Club View Suite 105 m² | Deluxe Villa 102 m² (the top category) | Both, as listed |
Small omissions in the room lists
The Premier King's amenity list leaves out the personal bar and the connecting-room option that the Deluxe King's includes. The Deluxe Accessible Twin's list omits the raised toilet with handrails, the lowered bed and the closed captioning that the Accessible King lists. These may be editing differences rather than real ones, but if any of them matters, ask.
What to do with this list
Put the questions that matter to you in the notes of a room request. Our desk passes them to the hotel and asks for the answer in writing. And if Crown updates a page and resolves one of these, tell me at hello@burswoodtowerreview.com and I will update the entry.
