Accessibility information is often the vaguest part of a hotel website. Crown Towers is better than most: there are two dedicated room pages, each with a list of adapted fittings, and Crown's accessible-facilities document (undated, downloaded 1 November 2026) gives a count of 11 accessible rooms in the tower. Both categories are 47 m², the same footprint as the standard Deluxe rooms.
Deluxe Accessible King
- Size
- 47 m²
- Beds
- One custom king bed, lowered bed height
- Guests
- 2
- Bathroom
- Larger shower with hand-held shower wand and rain showerhead, raised toilet with handrails, lowered towel racks
- Room
- Accessible security latches, lowered door handle, lowered closet and clothes rail, accessible refrigerator
- For hearing
- Hearing-impaired phone; television with closed captioning
Crown says the room has "wider entrances" and that guests can use a pool hoist and an aquatic wheelchair at the pool. Turndown service is on the list, which it is not for the standard Deluxe King.
Deluxe Accessible Twin
- Size
- 47 m²
- Beds
- Two custom queen beds
- Guests
- Up to 4
- Bathroom
- Larger shower with hand-held wand and rain showerhead
- Room
- Wider passages, lower clothes rail in the wardrobe
The twin's list is shorter than the king's: it does not mention the raised toilet with handrails, the lowered bed or the closed captioning. That does not mean they are absent, but it does mean you should ask if you need them.
Getting around the tower
According to Crown's accessible-facilities document, the tower is reached via the Crown Towers driveway or by lift from the undercroft car park at Crown Metropol or from Botanicals and Crown College. Epicurean and the spa are reached by lift from the lobby level, TWR by ramp from the lobby, and the poolside by lift with ramps to the pools and toilets. The document lists a pool hoist for the Towers poolside and accessible parking bays in the P1, P2 Multi-Level, P3, P4, P6 and P8 car parks.
For
- Two categories, including one for four guests.

- Twin's list omits some fittings the king lists.
- The facilities document is undated.
Before you bookWrite your exact needs in the request form — transfer side, shower seat, bed height, hoist use. The desk passes them to the hotel and asks for written confirmation, which matters more than any web page.
